One day, the old wise Socrates was sitting under a tree reading a book when all of the sudden a man runs up to him “Socrates I have to tell you something about your friend who…”

A thing is only passed onto others after passing through the three sieves.
The first sieve is the one of truth, did you examine what you were about to tell me if it is true?
Then have you used the second sieve, the sieve of good?
If someone said what you have to say about yourself would you think it good?
Is it necessary to tell me what you’re so excited about, will it resolve or improve something, will it help someone?
Therefore, if it has not passed through the three sieves, bury and forget about it. It would be an intrigue serving only for poisoning the atmosphere and promotion dispute.
