Wisdom (III)
Be not ashamed of mistakes and thus make them crimes.
A man who has committed a mistake and doesn’t correct it is committing another mistake.
Forget injuries, never forget kindnesses.
Words are the voice of the heart.
The superior man will watch over himself when he is alone. He examines his heart that there may be nothing wrong there and that he may have no cause of dissatisfaction with himself.

Everything has its beauty, but not everyone sees it.
When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don’t adjust the goals, adjust your steps of action.
Those who know the truth are not equal to those who love it.
It is better to play than do nothing.
I want you to be everything that’s you, deep at the center of your being.
The man of wisdom has no perplexity, the man of humanity has no worry, the man of courage has no fear.
The more man meditates upon good thoughts the better will be his world and the world at large.
Do not worry about holding high position, worry rather about playing your proper role.
As long as I have rice to eat, and pure water to drink, I can find joy within.
Respect yourself and others will respect you.
He who can suppress a moment’s anger may prevent a day of sorrow. To rule one’s anger is well; to prevent it is still better.
Always keep your words soft and sweet, just in case you have to eat them.
No matter where you go – there you are.
The superior man is satisfied and composed; the mean man is always full of distress.
The wise find pleasure in water; the virtuous find pleasure in hills. The wise are active; the virtuous are tranquil. The wise are joyful; the virtuous are long-lived.
We should feel sorrow, but not sink under its oppression.
Consideration for others is the basic foundation of a good life, a good society.
He who will not economize will have to agonize.
When prosperity comes do not use all of it.
